Join Shannon as she starts you off with a slow, grounding restorative practice to help you exhale the week. Then she will shift you into something creative, design your own sparkly mantra bracelet using colorful crystal beads as you set an intention that will carry you into spring.
Expect cozy props, candlelight, and space to just be.
