This cozy boutique style studio is here to serve you. Most offerings are available through book by appointment to accommodate your schedule and needs. However we do offer some book online classes such as our kids yoga program "Learning to Exhale" along with special events and pop ups. As a former elementary school teacher I am very aware of the importance of teaching children self regulation of emotions along with social and emotional skills. For the first half of this class I will teach your child breath work, positive affirmations, along with moving their body through yoga poses (and some dancing). During the second half of this class we will move from the yoga studio to the classroom where we will work on social and emotional learning through story time, play, and crafts. 

Siblings are welcome!

Reiki is a technique for reducing stress and increasing relaxation. Enjoy receiving reiki in the studio and leave feeling relaxed and calm. When you arrive we will chat for a few moments in my office to check in and then you will proceed to the reiki room for your session. Once your session is complete we will proceed back to my office so we can discuss my discoveries and I will answer any of your questions.

Are you looking for a way to learn how to self-care? Let me coach you for 8 weeks on how to build a daily self-care practice for the mind, body, and spirit. I will teach you based off my best selling book "What About Me? Finding Self-love through Self-care" how to create a habit each week for your: physical self, social self, emotional self, intellectual self, and spiritual self so that every day you are practicing self-care in a way that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit. Each week we will meet 1:1 either in the studio or via zoom for one hour as I guide you on your journey to becoming a healthy and happy you.

“What About Me” is a workshop that guides women of all ages, no matter what season of life they are in, on how to create their own daily self-care practice focusing on their mind, body, and spirit.

During the two hour workshop based on my best selling book "What About Me? Finding Self-love through Self-care" I teach about the five areas of the whole-self; physical self, social self, emotional self , intellectual self , and spiritual self.  You'll learn how to self-care for each one of those five areas with the tips and tools that I have used in my daily self-care practice. I share relatable life stories of how I began to build my daily self-care practice and how my practice has evolved over the years. These practices have helped me no longer mutter the words, “What About Me?” and continue me on my journey to a healthy and happy lifestyle.

By taking this workshop "What About Me?" you will learn to....

  • Become as kind to yourself as you are to others. 

  • How to lovingly take care of your body.

  • Use less negative talk towards yourself. 

  • Give yourself grace. 

  • Make time for yourself.
