Join Shannon as she starts you off with a slow, grounding restorative practice to help you exhale. Then she will shift you into something creative, design your own sparkly affirmation bracelet using colorful crystal beads as you set an intention to wear on your wrist.
Expect cozy props, candlelight, relaxation, and space to just be.
