Join us for Spring Enchantment, a soundbath infused with the energy of fun and gentle movement, open to anyone who feels called to soften, brighten, and reconnect with their natural joy.

Jess will guide you through gentle somatic movement sequences, as healing sounds support you through a supportive journey which will include crystal bowls, intuitive voice, drums, etc. After the movement sequence, you'll lie down with cozy pillows and props to allow integration of the movements through a rest period, where you will receive a deeper soundbath experience.
