As a mother of three adult children, a wife, a grandmother, a dog mama, a yogi, and a former teacher I can relate to feelings of burnt out, being completely stressed, and living on an emotional roller coaster. I want to share the tips and tools I have learned in my life that have helped me to create a daily self-care practice for my whole-self. It is because of my daily self-care practice I no longer mutter the words, what about me, but instead enjoy living a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Is my life rainbows and butterflies as I ride my unicorn through a sunny blue sky all the time? Am I always smiling?? Am I always happy??? OH HELL NO! But, I have learned through the years from my own intuition along with some inspiring teachers, coaches, and mentors how to build a toolkit of self-care rituals and habits to quickly pull myself out of despair and back into happiness. Look it's okay if you feel like you're falling, we all fall. Or maybe you feel as if you hit rock bottom. You are not alone. It happens to all of us. And it isn't always easy and it takes some work but I promise you that you can always find your way back to "A Healthy and Happy You".

Since I was a little girl I always knew my calling is to be a teacher. Inspiring the minds of people all ages to live a happy and healthy lifestyle whether it is in a classroom, a yoga studio, a conference room, or on Zoom it is an honor and a privilege that I don't take lightly.
I have been studying and practicing self-care for well over thirty years. I have taken countless courses, attended a multitude of seminars, and have read a ton of books. With the help of those amazing teachers, guides, and coaches along with listening to my own intuition I have created a obtainable and sustainable self-care practice.
