These are the offerings this week at "A Healthy and Happy You". Space is limited and classes are booking fast so I recommend booking sooner than later.

A Healthy and Happy You is now offering Slow Flow Yoga classes at 6:00 am on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please note this week’s classes however are already booked!
