Service Description

Yoga for PTSD is a trauma-informed space designed for anyone seeking balance, soul-level rest, and nervous system de-escalation. Different from a traditional vinyasa class building heat and strength or a restorative yoga class with minimal movement, these sessions offer strengthening flows at a slightly slower pace to enhance your mind-body connection, settle your thoughts, and help you release tension. Since nervous system relief is top priority, this will give you a chance to connect more consciously with the breath. We start by moving energy through and out, and then we’ll wind it down to create more space and rest in the body. Your final resting pose (savasana) will last a little longer in this class to deepen your recovery. All levels are welcome, and no experience is required.
