1-Drink your water. 💦 I know it sounds silly, maybe even stupid, but seriously drink your water. At least 70% of you are dehydrated right now and are feeling symptoms you have no idea could be relieved by water, hello headache. Water is medicinal and if you don’t believe me Google that shit.


2-Move your body at least 30 minutes a day. 🏃🏼‍♀️ Anything from a walk around the block to a HIIT class can do wonders for you physically, mentally, and emotionally. Thank you endorphins!


3-Get your sleep. 😴 The reason our bodies need to rest is so that we can restore, repair, and refresh ourselves. This typically doesn’t start happening until after hour four of our slumber. New research says that 6 to 8 hours of sleep will do your body and your brain good. And if it’s your jam don’t forget to say your prayers before you go nighty night.


4-Do something fun! 😊 Whether it’s grabbing coffee with a friend or a hobby that puts you into that meditative zone find some thing that sparks joy in your day every day. Remember time does not control you, you control your time, so pencil in some fun.


5-Practice gratitude! 🥰 Look I know how hard it is to get stuck in the muck of negativity especially these days but the more you practice gratitude, the more likely it is that gratitude will return to you. When you begin to see life for all you have instead of all you are lacking it’s game changer!
